Hardware multitrack I/O
----I am assuming that the multitrack play/record detailed in this thread will achieve I/O via a third party audio card (a la MOTU 2408). True?
For most of the functionality I'm seeking, FILE import/export with time stamping or time alignment is more important than actual multi-stream I/O, however.
