Performance Changes For Windows 10
I now have windows 10 installed and tried to follow the instructions on the web site that would allow me to have the highest performance level, but the instructions dated 07-11-2016 don\'t seem to be correct.
As an example #4 indicates to right click any blank space on the desktop screen and click Personalize to see the Personalization window. Then left click the sounds Button, but there is no sounds button.
#5 indicates to right click the Start Menu and then to left click Control Panel, but there is no Control Panel.
