I am sorry that you are upset. Your email would have been delivered directly to you, but there is no record of you ever purchasing from us in the past, so the upgrade will not automatically send to you. It then has to go through a Human to find if you are a client or not, of a prior version. You will be recieving an Email from Sandy, to find out more information.
I did recieve your 3 emails, they were sent to me last night after Buisness hours, so they were not recieved until today. Please be patient.
