I have not used one of these as I personally dont connect via S-Video.
I am still confused by that video switcher you linked me too as that is meant to switch between different inputs to one output (3 in 1out)
I would think you need 1 in 2 out.
What sort of ports do your monitors have ?
Do they not have HDMI inputs ?
