Error: Serial Number doesn't match Registration Information

I have a Sony Vaio notebook with 98SE.

I saw somebody else had this problem also in another thread that Bryan responded to. After installation (and reinstallation -- I tried that also), the program will not start up. It says my "serial # doesn't match up with registration info".

I cut and pasted the registration code from the email you sent me and my email is correct. I'm using Windows98, so the administrator stuff shouldn't really apply. Any help would be appreciated.

The main reason I'm trying your product is the multi-session problems that Chartbuster presents on their last track. I noticed that your web site says that with some extra effort I can get these extracted. Respond as soon as you can.
