Not directly to my knowledge.
I would think that if you first record the audio side as mp3, wav, or wma using a software recording program, then you could use vogone to remove the vocal from that track.
Then you would need a video editing software to delete the original audio track and add the vocal reduced track in it's place.
Windows Live Movie Maker is capable of removing the original audio and adding a new audio track.
