Musicbookdeluxe can export to .PDF
I have been using musicbookdeluxe faithfully for over two years now, and they have added a PDF export feature.

They have the most accurate, up to date database I have personally found (including missing/inaccurate listings from KJPRO)
as well as fantastic tech support.
