If you were only licensed for two Hoster programs you should not have been able to load to a third computer unless you first removed the program while on line from one of the first two. Having said that, if you were able to load the program to the third computer making it a total of three active Hoster programs, then this should not have any bearing on the performance. If the program is working but is performing poorly it appears to me that there is a problem with the computer. More info is needed.
