Hooking up stereo

Hi Profane2005
What are you trying to hook into and Out of. If you are hooking a laptop or desktop computer that only has a earphone jack mini 1/8 inch plug going into a stereo you will probably need a Y adapter 1/8 in to RCA you would go from earphone plug and then into the Audio in RCA jacks on your amp, receiver or what ever. If You want to do 1/8 in to 1/4in then you would use either a adapter RCA to 1/4 in or they make Cables that are RCA on one end and 1/4 in on the other. I found those at the local guitar center. On my setup I go from my docking station that has Audio RCA left and right to one of the super channels right/left together in one channel on my amp using RCA to 1/4 in cables. I have more control that way than using just the stereo In, RCA jacks. either way is fine . Hope this helped.
