The only thing I would add is the Nivida 6150 does not have any dedicated memory. You can, if you are comfortable, set aside part of your memory in the BIOS to use as video memory. I would start at 64MB and increase to 128MB if that doesn't work. Bear in mind that system ram is slower than video ram and it may or may not work.

This seems to be a recurring theme in the Hoster upgrade. You need plenty of dedicated video ram. I am not sure if this will cure your problem, but is the best advice I can give.
