Because you re-installed your O/S Microstudio recognizes the computer as not being the same. This means you will have to wait until Support gets to your ticket and resets your registration. After they do I would recommend that you remove and re-install Microstudio. This will allow you to add or at least verify your registration number and will also refresh all files.
MTU's Support is only one person so sometimes it takes a while for him to get to all the tickets.
