You could go to the Dell Update and check for upgraded driver.
If you have Nvidea, ATI or Radeon graphics try going direct to their web site and check for updated drivers.

If you remember we had something like this happen and it was later found to be because of the new Gen8 processor.
If I remember correctly, it took a change to Hoster to compensate and you have to upgrade to correct it.
