If you are going to use this be aware that not all of the CDG songs are in the databases used to get the brand/discid/title/artist so you may have to spend some time renaming the files that don't.
After importing then you would need the new (not quite released) MTU program to convert to other formats. Personally I would recommend using .KMA which is MTU's Hoster format and is a clean near lossless compression format. MP3 on the other hand can cause a lot of loss of sound quality and requires keeping 2 files per song. Either way use the least amount of compression you can live with.
Microstudio can handle all of the formats (mixed too) to create/burn custom discs for you.
