Are you sure you selected BY Artist ?
When you select the By Artist radio button does the field selector below that change to Artist ?
The only way I can see that it would print wrong is if you imported with the wrong define field order.
Do the songs appear in your playlist under the correct headings ?
Are you using Microsoft Word for viewing the results ?
