Michel , Thanks for your reply Unselected Dma from burner but did not do it to hard drive, what other possible bad effects could this have on other programs. Where do i go to disconnect this from My hard drive. System ect. So far has not corrected problem ,is it possible its buffer under run problem. P.S. french canadian too. Steve
