This Forum is for CD Recorders, I believe you are posting in the wrong forum.
In any event when you download a program from MTU you must disable any download accelerator that you have installed. Download accelarators tend to break a file into many pieces to make download faster, each piece could be interpreted as a full download.
I suggest you contact MTU support by email with you problem. Knowing their professionalism and dedication to it's customer base, I am sure your situation will be happily resolved.
If you still want to post your Thread, I suggest you post it in the MicroStudio open discussion forum.
