It is also possible that you may be running the video cable too close to a power cable. If the cables are too close the signal of the roughly 60Hz AC in the power cable can bleed into the video or audio cables.

Not saying that you are for fact but it wasn't mentioned earlier. So please don't think I'm trying to insult you or anyone.

Always keep power cables at least 8 inches away from video or sound cables. and if they have to cross try to tape them perpendicular to each other so as to minimize chances of signal bleed.
