That is why you should read the Support page about the updates before you download. No, Pitch Control is not in it. All added features were pushed back because of all the trouble with Vista way back at the beginning of version 4. When or if it will be included I don't have that information.
I am closing this before it gets to be a long thread discussing why it wasn't included.
