I never got an email saying that my request had been received, I tried to ring MTU but it goes to a machine. Does anybody suggest they never received it so I should do it again or wait a little longer. I am in New Zealand; it is Xmas eve here & I have a gig tonight so I would like to try it out.
If you didn't get the confirmation email, then either it didn't get submitted or your email provider or program is blocking emails from MTU.com. Check to make sure that MTU.com is not blocked or sent to a Spam folder instead of your inbox.
Second problem you hit on is it is Christmas time and MTU may not get to it before Christmas.
If you call you have to leave a message as they do not answer the phone directly. If they did they would spend all day on the phone and not get anything else done.

I spoke to Support and they have already reset your registration and emailed you back, so check on your email as stated above. Next time you need a reset besure to include Computer Name and last 4 of registration code.
