I submitted an 'emergency help' request earlier yesterday. My backup computer crashed so I bit the bullet & bought myself a new laptop with the hopes of upgrading to 4.11 (I am still currently on 3.20). I want to reset my registration so that I can use the new laptop & leave my old laptop as the backup. I never got an email saying that my request had been received, I tried to ring MTU but it goes to a machine. Does anybody suggest they never received it so I should do it again or wait a little longer. I am in New Zealand; it is Xmas eve here & I have a gig tonight so I would like to try it out.
