In your first post you said "My main problems is that the singers voices goes through both set of speakers but the music only goes on one"
On the second you say "the problem is the karaoke singer who is using the microphone. His/Her voice and the music goes on one speaker and the other speaker has only the voice of the singer."
Two different Things.
Are you sure this isn't something to do with the way your mixer is set up ?
First I would plug a Head phone into your sound card output, the same one you plug into your mixer. play a karaoke song and notice if the sound is coming from both Channels. If it is then the problem is not from the computer.
I take it your mic is plugged into your mixer & not the computer.
