I have checked and have not heard this. The only thing I notice is a small bit of warbling if I change it on the fly.
You mention you have disabled everything suggested. Have you done the Custom Updates from Microsoft lately? That is also one of the items.
The only other thing I can say at this point is go to Blackviper.com and see what else they can offer as suggested to be turned off. You didn't mention your processor speed so don't know what else to tell you right now.
