LKV-2000 system shift togle on mine is 1 down, 2 down, (position of switches), so I gather that is the same for your settings...
Troubleshoot whether your second display is powered on, and all your connections are tight, prior to firing up computer, and Hoster program...
I assume your display settings match the capabilities of your second display ( older t.v. 600x800 ) and you are clicking to send desktop to second display...
The LKV-2000 user manual is sparse when it comes to trouble shooting problems, but mostly involves checking connections, and exchanging cabling to see if a bad cable is causing your problem...
