They are supposed to work just as with MPX cdg's. Stereo runs both channels, music on one channel and music + vocals on the other.
When the "Vocal" button is showing, the channel with vocals is turned off and the music only channel is bridged to both sides.
When the No Vocal" button is showing the music only channel is turned off and the music+vocal channel is bridged to both sides.
I just double checked on my XP machine with several video types as well as a VCD disk and all of the mpx functions are working as they are supposed to.
Still sounds like a codec problem to me, especially since it is a new machine.
