I don't exactly know what you're saying here same. How are they "exactly" designed to work on video VCD disc? on mine, they're not working at all. On my regular CDG multiplex songs the vocal/no vocal button is working? It's a brand new laptop. Seems before they were working alright with the vocal/no vocal button.
