Captnkarl and Alaskatazdvl if you will each run the System Information in the Start Menu under Programs/Accessories/System Tools. Then copy the Summary information and paste it in a post here. This may help to determine where the problem is.
Also check to make sure you have the latest release. Look under Help/ About Hoster. It should be version "4.11." and if not upgrade again please. This was a second release of 4.11 to fix a couple areas.
There is one other thing you can do to help find and fix the shutdowns. Either use SystemCare (free) or System Mechanic to clean-up your system and fix errors in your system.
