So I have had singers ask me if I would bring a camera and record them singing and then give them a copy of the "act" to send in themselves.

Would this be illegal due to copyrights etc? No $ is being exchanged, I just don't want to get myself in any hot water. Any thoughts would be appreciated!

it might be better if you use their own camera, i wouldn't think it will be illegal
