Oprah is doing a karaoke challenge (
http://www.oprah.com/article/oprahsh...araoke-contest) and I had some questions about the legality of it.
I am sure it is legal is some sense because Oprah has it on her site and show. So I have had singers ask me if I would bring a camera and record them singing and then give them a copy of the "act" to send in themselves.
Would this be illegal due to copyrights etc? No $ is being exchanged, I just don't want to get myself in any hot water. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
