Most of the newer laptops (video cards) don't support s-video anymore, I found that most newer, high-end laptops are supporting direct connection to hdmi port from computer to hdmi port on HD Tv's, such as plasma's, and lcd's, and led's. Good source for cable's ( rca, s-video, and now hdmi ) is www.monoprice.com, as they are very competitively priced, and ship very fast...  |
that's what i got ,i got it for $26.00 from www.monoprice.com, (now that you mentioned it), i have 3 Dell optiplex sx280 workstation pc and it has no s-video out just vga , this came with a y adapter from vga to vga/hdmi cable ( white )..and the LKV2000 worked with these pc's..
