No one else has reported this problem, so we suspect there is something in your computer setup that is causing Microstudio 2.400 to not work.
Please go to the Microstudio Tech Support Forum and click the DXDIAG.exe titled Thread. Follow its instructions including emailing to
support@mtu.com. We will try to diagnose what is different on your system.
We'd like to get you running with 2.400.
