It's probably something stupidly simple ( not you, but the fix). Every connection is a possible cause for your dilemma. Have you got a spare computer that you can also try some of these ideas on?

I'm thinking you may have a bad connection ( cable, adaptor, plug ), if you have tried 4 different vga converters, and 4 different rf converters/adaptors, then I would suspect a bad cable ( coax, rca, vga, etc ), but you may also have a port that is suddenly not working...and gone bad!

Start with changing out your coax cable for a different one, then a vga cable, then any other wiring connection ( I once had a wire break in the plug end of a coax cable, and trouble shot everything else, knowing that the cable was fine the night before) that is in the video chain to the 2nd monitor.
