Good News!!!!!
Deleteing song with BOOKID "3315" seems to have gotten rid of the problem that caused MSG ===> "Cannot find the jeterr40.chm file. Do you want to try to find this file yourself?"<== to appear EACH AND EVERYTIME I imported a song.
Additionally, I am now able to locate songs after they are imported, that is, without rebuilding my songbook. Now the only time I encounter the error message is when I rebuild my songbook--I CAN LIVE WITH THAT!!!
