Now, before you ask, everything is up to date, use the program as stated above, This has happened many times over the years. Assuming your "reloading" from disk, does the screen show it is already imported?
I've used Hoster for 6 years and have never had happen what you describe. I did have the database get corrupted once requireing me to rebuild ( I forgot I could just switch to the backup database). Otherwise have never lost any songs.
