Angry Unable to get a response from MTU!!!

I submitted a support ticket last night because I bought a new computer after after several unsucessful attempts at lease purchase of computers from Aaaron's Lease & Sales because their computers kept crashing so I just went to Hhgregg and bought the computer I needed. Now when I attempt to install Hoster on the new computer I keep getting a message that Hoster is already installed on 2 computers.....I have tried contacting MTU and submitting a support tix...Ticket ID: 17157-8905060038 and here it is almost 16 hours later and no response from MTU............Frankj
