I am using 2 folders, 1 on my laptop with approx 5000 .Kma and 1 on external with about 9500 .kma.
The 5000 on my laptop are the most popular ones printed in my songbooks so I can do a show with just my laptop should I have any problems with ext. hard drive.
My full song list is displayed on a 2nd laptop for customers to search.
This way I can always have up to date song listings without having to keep reprinting my song books.
