This is easy Jim. His signal strength is way too weak probably because of long cables or cheap ones that have a bad signal loss. I have had this one happen to me. Radio Shack has a small distribution box that will take one input, amplify it and send it to 1- 4 TVs. I use an S-Video to RCA cable to take my signal to my mixer (has video in and out so I can switch devices) then RCA to Video amplifier/distribution box then have 2 RCAs going out to 2 TVs. One is LCD and the other a large older flat screen rear projection (belongs to the club). This solved all my sync and picture problems.
