Most likely your firewall is blocking sending to MTU. Add Hoster to your exceptions list. Also go to Internet Explorer/Tools/Internet Options and add MTU.com to your "Trusted" sites in the Security tab. MTU doesn't use any advertisements or any Pop-ups so this is safe to do.
