This is probably a virtual drive created by another program such as Slysoft Virtual CloneDrive or another program that creates one.
If you removed the driver for your existing drive then you need to restart Windows so it can reload the drive.
If it shows two drives again just try testing the phantom drive as well. It should come up as bad. Make sure you choose the real drive as your default drive, then click the save.
