Hi Douglass, I tried to run 4.08 without making any changes and thats when i had problems with error message, I did uninstall AC3 codecs as instructed by web site as it says it would conflict, after download the crash stopped but the key changer when playing video would distort, I cannot say if the problem was there before as i did not try the key changer. I also opend some sony software on my Sony VAIO and it said it neede the AC3 codecs to run, so I downloaded the latest AC3 Filter codecs and removed the others. Everything seems to work fine now. I have also noticed that when playing video through the insta buttons even when two displays (preview and Singers) it seems to use less CPU power. This is my Home computer I use with 3.316 Hoster installed so I will try the demo on my show computer later, which is using 4.06, or on my new laptop when it comes later in the week.
