I initially purchased and installed Hoster V3.316 but up-graded to V4.0 in August last year. I have tried to install Hoster from the MTU website without luck. It wont allow me to because it advises that I've already installed it on two computers which is correct, my desktop and this laptop. Now I want to reinstall it on this computer. I come up against the same response when I try to reload from my old 3.316 CD.

Please help.

Yours in anticipation,

LLoyd,
Because the computer crashed and Windows was reloaded, MTU will not see that computer as the same computer. This is why it won't re-install. If you need this in a hurry use the Support/Emergency Help which will get noticed faster to get it reset. This also submits a ticket to Support but gets help a little quicker.
