Make sure the buttons titled BookID, Title, Artist, and DiscID are on. You'll know if they're on if they are green in color. Also make sure duet and mux are off. They will appear white if they are off. Also make sure at least the Karaoke button is on, it will appear orange when on. Hope that helps.
