I have Kj pro songbook program, how did you import your Hoster Data into Kj ? It seems that may be where the discrepancy started. I imported my original data through csv conversion. From then on I use KJ data base, but if you use kj data you should check it against the disk you imported, this is where the mistake may have come from.
To make Hoster database match your song book either try this or wait for some other responses like Dale who may have a better idea.
Presuming these wrong Id's are from Cd's, if you re import them into Hoster you will not be able to alter the order of the tracks as it imports them as they are laid out on the disk. The only way I see this is to burn the tracks to a CD in the order to match your song book, then re import that disk id. Now for this you will need some other software like Microstudio.
