Since you can't get us the file, please answer the above question. It will help us decide what to do.
We are approaching release of 4.10. So far, we have not addressed your files.
You could also tell us where you got them so we could download and/or buy them to test. Please tell use two filenames we need to get that are known to cause Hoster to crash.
