I'm with you guys. Personally, I'll leave the younger over-zealous age group to someone else.
I deliberately aim for the 30 plus-ers and want my venue to have a reputation as somewhere where they can come and know they're going to be treated fairly and don't have to put up with a lot of screaming rowdy drunken kids who think the world owes them a living.
Juding by my ever growing patronage, it seems to be working!
