Silverea,

There are three possibilities, all of which should probably be done anyway.
1- go the the Microstudio open forum and there is a thread posted by support on how to download ASPI drivers. It's at the top. Follow those instructions to the letter, and make certain to change in the Microstudio program from MTU drivers to default drivers.

2-Microstudio needs DIRECTX 8.0 or better. You can download it from Microsoft's website. To check if you have it, click START, RUN, and type dxdiag in the box. The first sheet of what pops up should tell you what version of DirectX you are running.

3-You may also need to go to your video card manufacturer's website once you've installed(or determined you have)DirectX 8.0 or better and download their latest drivers for your video card to support Direct X 8.0 or better.(if the problem still isn't solved).

This usually takes care of the resolution problem

Take care,

George

Please advise by posting so support will know if you're up and running.
