Most Hoster problems are related to the individual computer. People are offering advice the best they know how in response to the details you give them. That's the best anyone can do. If the $130 new card didn't solve your problem, then you should be able to return it and get a refund.

If you would have patience and give specific details, there are people on this Forum who will go to great lengths to help Hoster work for you too! 4.06 is working for most people with a few glitches which are being worked on by MTU as we speak; and bug fixes will be in the next free update.
