I can confirm this exact thing happened to me in 4.02. None of the other beta testers had this problem and no other customer has ever reported it, so i've assumed it was problems with my computer. I usually import through 3.4 so I haven't noticed it as of late.
As to why it's happenning: If it's not a bug, it's a problem withthe way the computers are configured
Don't know. But 3.4 does not have these problems.
