I did....the 2 cds originally ...when I got my laptop....then didn't know what to do with them and my laptop sat for a long time....
then I had 'nowhere to go' for a few days and thought I'd try it again as the thought of me not being able to utilize what I had made me sick.
....but it won't let me download any music at all but maybe after I try the remedy above ....I'll let you know....
