have you tried uninstalling hoster on your other laptop(must be on line to do this ), then try to re-install hoster on the one that wont let you download..or..is this an upgrade that you bought?, if it's an upgrade and your trying to install it on a laptop that don't have any prior version, you wont be able to , in order to upgrade to a new version you must have the old one, that happened to a friend of mine he bought the upgrade and tried to install it on a new laptop, thats the error he got reg.# is for a diff.product..( hope this helps )
