laddie, I downloaded the zip file but there was only one exe file there. It removed the wmfd file but not wmp11....I have tried all the other suggestions posted but to no avail.....I can't get 4.06 lyrics and music to play without lyrics being behind the music on this laptop...I still haven't heard back from Dell on an upgrade.
